

It is important to book all tests in advance in order to ensure examiner and examinee's availability. Examinee's that does not show up for their scheduled polygraph test on the confirmed date and time will still be charged for.
All bookings must be confirmed via email, because no cancellations or postponements will be accepted within 48 hours of the agreed booking date and full rates will be charged for cancellations.
Cancellation fees applies to examinee's refusal, incapacity ( not found suitable for testing medically or if the examinee does not meet the linguistic requirements for polygraph testing ) and non availability ( also includes poor organization from polygraph requesters ).
The polygraph reports and test results will only be made available after the invoice amount is settled in full and the payment reflects in the JVH Polygraph Services account.
All cheque payments to be made out to JVH Polygraph Services.
All non Payments will be handed over within 7 days after completion of the tests and will result in the Owners or Directors to be listed on Credit Bureaus.
Test locations must be free from disturbances and loud outside noises and must contain a table, two chairs and an electrical connection.
Reports will be emailed in a PDF format only to the polygraph requester or to the person that is placed in the trusted position as the report is confidential and may contain personal information about the examinee.
The result of the test shown in the report will be final and no request to change or alter any of the examinee's test results will be tolerated.
